This draft describes how BookingBots.ai (“BookingBots”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through bookingbots.ai, including the book-a-call form. It is written for legal review. It is not the company’s finished policy.
Who we are
BookingBots is a done-for-you appointment setting and sales recovery service. The legal entity name, mailing address, and privacy contact email are not confirmed yet. Until they are, contact us through the form at bookingbots.ai/#book.
Information we collect
If you submit the form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, company, website, and message you enter, and whether you checked the optional SMS consent box. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not ask you to upload a list on this site.
The site does not require an account. The host that serves these pages may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. Confirm that practice with the host before this draft is treated as final.
How we use it
We use a form submission to respond to your request, to schedule an intro call, and to understand your offer and your lead flow. We use the SMS consent value only to decide whether we may text you about that inquiry.
Text messaging
This section covers the optional text-message program for people who ask us to contact them.
- Opt-in. We send text messages only if you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the form. The box is unchecked by default. Submitting the form without checking the box is not consent to text. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and it is not required to request a call.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply.
- Help. Reply HELP for help.
- Stop. Reply STOP to opt out of further text messages. We honor STOP, and we honor opt-out requests made another way, promptly.
- No sharing for marketing. We do not share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. We do not sell mobile numbers. A vendor that transmits messages for us, such as a phone carrier or a messaging platform, may process that information only to deliver the messages we send, not to market their own products to you.
The notice next to the checkbox reads: “Text me about scheduling this call. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”
Other sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who host the site or receive the form only so they can do that work for us, and when the law requires it. The form vendor and the host still need to be named here after they are chosen.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions long enough to respond and to keep a record of the conversation about working together, then delete them. The retention period needs to be set with counsel before this page is final.
Your choices
You can leave the SMS box unchecked and still submit the form. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts. You can ask what we hold about you and ask us to delete it by using the contact form. State privacy rights, including access, correction, and deletion where they apply, should be named here once counsel confirms which laws cover the business.
Children
The site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
Approved updates will be posted on this page with a new date. Until counsel signs off, this page stays marked DRAFT and is excluded from the sitemap.
